My husband and I purchased this escape experience for a family member who couldn’t have a birthday like he usually had (with friends and such), he did this escape at home and told us he really enjoyed it. Very well done, and the puzzles were fun and challenging. I was in touch with customer service regarding a couple things right after purchasing, and they were amazingly quick to respond.
