If you have locks, chests, and props on hand, you can absolutely integrate them into the experience. For example, you could use numeric locks for the games whose answers are digits, or padlocks if you want to check the answers manually and hand the keys to the players. You can also add your own props to enhance the atmosphere and immersion of the game. Just keep in mind that the games are designed to be self-contained, so you don't need any additional props or equipment to play. But if you have them, you can certainly use them to make the game more fun and exciting!

I never played a real Escape Room. Will I be able to play?

Does the game need to end after 60 minutes?

Artwork - Pretty, but TINY font-size throughout, and unless printed at VERY high-res, some require a magnifying glass.
Parts - Parts have ZERO cut tolerance. Carefully lined up cuts and glued, but some pieces would not assemble, and had to be further trimmed into the artwork area for assembly. Further, cut/build time was 3+ hrs.
Puzzles - More than 1 part made no sense, even after the solutions. A couple others had codes already solved by the time we read the entries, so they weren't even really 'puzzles'.
App - The app reset halfway through, so we had to "re-solve" a couple parts and re-enter all codes to make it back through. In addition, the 2-page journal at the end shows a code entry screen and locked up, despite no further prompts/puzzles.
Summary - Parts were OK, but overall was more frustrating than fun.
We've done two of these games at our library and they worked very well.
